Hayes "Read My Lips " Clement

Some people have pointed out that comparing Hayes Clement  to John Kerry is unfair to the senior Senator of Mass, and after some thought and consideration we agree. The John Kerry comparison is a stretch because Kerry is at least a true Democrat but it goes to the fact that Hayes flip flopping will hurt him in the general.

Which is good for us, I mean we want Hayes to be the general election nominee.

A more relevant example is George H. W. Bush, we all remember the famous speech: Read my lips, NO NEW TAXES! Bush took the pledge and than lied and raised them, similar to Hayes Clement. It's exactly the same situation.

People like Turco-Levin and Gallo wont take those pledges because they know they may be put in a situation where they have to increase taxes, but at least they are not lying to Kingstonians and telling them what they want to hear like Hayes is doing.

It's disgraceful. Read my Lips, just say no to Tennisbagger Clement Hayes, selling Kingston a bill of goods!

I was for a zero percent tax increase before I was against it!

Clement Hayes, he might remind you of someone? John Kerry, did very well in the general election didn't he?

Hayes' Real Campaign Chair Thrown Under The Bus!

Kevin Buso

Campaign Manager at Hayes Clement For MayorStudied at etsy.com/shop/KevinBusoLives in Kingston, New York From Red Hook, New YorkBorn on December 4, 1987

Campaign Shuffle

Well, well, Hayes, your lack of ethics and integrity never cease to amaze me.
Poor Kevin Buso who was Hayes' photographer and than elevated to campaign manager as listed on the 23 year olds facebook as his occupation, has either been pushed aside as chair or Hayes is a liar.
We suspect Mr. Clement is indeed a liar.
After Gallo, announces his campaign is being run by Dan Gartenstein, a big name with clout (Andi Turco has a strong chair too by the way), Hayes did a 180 on Buso, didn't return Kirby's call on the Sunday story that was to feature both Gallo and Clement's campaign chairs and instead bought himself sometime to get someone.
Again with the elitism, why not say:  you know what, Kevin is a passionate young man and he is running my campaign, why lie and throw this kid under the bus?
Today Hayes named Anna and Ken Brett to run his campaign. Good people but what a weak choice by the Hayes campaign.
Answer to yesterday's question : Steve Aaron.

Steve Aaron, a big shot Republican who has firm roots to the good old boys club is backing Hayes Clement for Mayor. One must ask themselves why?

Could Hayes be inclined to allow Aaron to build another project in Kingston? We're just sayin' it seems suspect.

Question of the Day

What Multi Millionaire Republican developer that owes the City $50, 000 is backing Hayes Clement for Mayor?

Tuesday, April 12, 2011

Over the next few weeks this blog will take a look at the record of Hayes Clement, a Democrat running for Mayor in the City of Kingston. Stay tuned.

Did you know:

Hayes Clement voted in New York City up until 2008, never bothering to participate in the Kingston Mayor's race in 2007 and has only been a registered voter in Kingston since 2009?

Hayes Clement claims he has experience bringing in jobs? Name one please.

Hayes Clement was a marketing director for HBO and brought HBO to Saudi Arabia, we are all thankful that the poor people in that country that live on almost nothing, who have no rights and whos women can't vote, now can access Larry David, Weeds, and Bill Maher.

Hayes Clement made a promise to Kingston taxpayers promising to deliver a budget with a 0% increase, only to break that promise by voting for a huge tax hike for residents and businesses.

Hayes Clement wants to end the homestead v. Non Homestead, which would raise taxes on residents by double digits.
